QIs wax included?

No — the heater comes alone. Add hard wax beans, or buy the complete hard wax kit with a 400 g jar.

QCan I use soft wax in it?

Yes. It melts hard wax beans and soft wax from a tin; use strips with soft wax.

QHow long does wax take to melt?

About 15–20 minutes for wax beans, depending on the amount.

QIs it safe for the face?

Hard wax melted in this heater is a popular choice for the upper lip and chin. Always test the temperature on your wrist first.

QHow do I clean the pot?

Let leftover wax cool, then reuse it, or wipe the warm pot with wax remover or baby oil on a tissue (switched off and unplugged).

QIs cash on delivery available?

Yes. Every order is cash on delivery — you pay the rider when the parcel arrives. Delivery is free on orders of Rs 3,000 or more; below that a flat Rs 200 is added.
