The exact delivery charge is always shown in your cart and at checkout before you place the order — there are no hidden charges. Your cart also shows how much more you need to add for free delivery.
Processing and delivery time
- Order confirmation: we confirm your order by call or WhatsApp, usually the same day.
- Dispatch: within 24 hours of confirmation (orders confirmed on Sunday or a public holiday go out the next working day).
- Delivery: usually 2–4 working days after dispatch, depending on your city.
Delivery times are estimates. Weather, strikes or courier delays can sometimes add a day or two — we will keep you updated.
Plain, discreet packaging
Every order is packed in a plain parcel with no product name or picture on the outside.
Checked before dispatch
Every device is charged, switched on and checked before it is packed, so it is ready to use when it arrives.
Cash on delivery
Pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives — no advance payment is needed. Please keep the exact amount ready.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by SMS/WhatsApp. You can also check the status on our Track Order page.
If you are not available
The courier will usually try to deliver again or call you. If a parcel cannot be delivered after repeated attempts, it returns to us and we will contact you to arrange delivery again.
